Our community will be happy to share with you our history and culture.
For us it is a pleasure to spend an evening where we can show different elements that distinguish us as:
- Presentation of Guará, traditional Ngäbe dance. The men and women of our community will present the different types of dance that they practice, wearing their traditional clothing. They themselves will explain the the history and the meaning of symbols and colors of their clothes.
- Traditional Meals. After the presentation of the dances, visitors can enjoy the typical dishes of the Ngäbe cuisine, prepared with organic products from our farms in Silico Creek, while our narrators will explain the history of our community as well as some of the legends and beliefs of our culture.
